Ordering on Naturebeads.com is simple and easy. We've organized all of the steps into a few clear and secure pages, so that the whole process will be smooth and hassle-free.

The Shopping Bag

The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. It works just like a cart in a store. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you wish to purchase. Keep in mind, though, that it only holds items while your session is open. If you close your browser or leave the site, you may lose the items in your bag.

To save items for a longer period, you will need to have a naturebeads account. Click "My Account" at the top of any page to create your Naturebeads account. When you have an account and the site recognizes you, we will remember the items you leave in your cart whenever you visit Naturebeads. Be quick, though, because if it's an item with low inventory it may sell out while you're waiting.

The checkout process

Naturebeads uses a simple and secure checkout process to allow you to make your purchase quickly and comfortably. If you have already created a Naturebeads account, enter your email address and password under the "returning customers" header and click the "log in" button. Unless you have already created a Naturebeads account, click the "continue" button under the "guest checkout" header. Simply follow the steps outlined and provide the necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout process. You will be given the option of creating a Naturebeads account, which will allow you to view your order status, edit email preferences, and much more.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you'll be presented with a receipt page that will have your order number on it. You will also be sent an email to confirm your order.

How long will it take to get my order?

After you place an order, please allow up to seven to ten business days to receive your shipment. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Order Information and Status History

To review your order information, the status of your order(s), and all of your history with us, simply log into my account. Your account information is accessible 24 hours a day. You will be able to see all of your purchases, shipping information, account information, as well as any returns or credits you may have.

If you opted not to create a Naturebeads account, you can check you order status emailing us or calling customer service at  386-295-0977.

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you two (2) emails.

• The first is an order confirmation. This will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order. It will detail your transaction.
• The second email will be sent when we ship your order (approximately 24-48 business hours). It will include a tracking number, allowing you to see the status of your package as it makes its way to you.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order online:

• Select my account (located on the top navigation bar of every page on our site)
• Enter your e-mail address and password
• Click on the order you wish to track from the 'Order status' list at the right
• Your tracking information will be displayed as a link; when you click on this link, you will be taken directly to your shipper's website.

Sending a gift

To send out your Naturebeads purchase as a gift, simply email us and we will take care of the rest.

Gift-boxing

Like your order wrapped? Naturebeads offers gift-boxing services for the cost of $4.95 per item. Your gift will be packed in one of our gift boxes and hand tied with an elegant ribbon.

Sweepstakes

Naturebeads sweepstakes are just fun. We give away from beads to trips that you were not expecting any time soon. To participate, sign up for our newsletter and keep eyes open for the sweet deals! We also have specials drawings during our Bead shows. Just take a look and come to see us.
