Get It FAST: Order before 2pm and it ships THAT DAY.

Orders placed and paid before 2pm US Eastern Time (12pm US Pacific Time) are guaranteed to ship out from our warehouse the SAME DAY. This applies to in-stock items only. As always, when you place an order with out-of-stock items, you'll receive an e-mail detailing the situation. In these cases, your order cannot leave the warehouse on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM Eastern Time, Saturday, or Sunday, will ship on Monday.

Shipping to the United States

Naturebeads uses UPS and the Postal Service to ship orders to the United States, as well as APO/FPO military addresses and major offshore territories and protectorates.

Naturebeads is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control. 

*** Note *** Displays, boxes, and some tools will usually cause your shipping rates to increase because of the dimensional size of these items. This is common in Air shipments.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)

* Priority Mail Service: Arrives within 2 to 3 business days, excluding holidays.

* Express Overnight Service: Arrives in 1 business day.

* Ground Service: Typically arrives in 7-10 business days. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.

Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with the services above. Express mail will always require a signature upon delivery. Priority mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to your Naturebeads.com order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in Florida State.

What if my order is lost or damaged in shipping?

Should an order be lost or damaged in shipping, please open a claim with the shipper. Naturebeads is not responsable for lost order or damaged item(s). Naturebeads liability in cases of lost or damaged packages is limited ONLY and SOLELY to the amount of the claim paid and settled by the carrier.

If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage, to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you hereby agree to pay for the order in full and waive all rights of chargeback.

We DO NOT GUARANTEE SAFE DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE U.S. Orders can be held up in your country's custom department for undetermined amounts of time. We are not responsible for this and do not refund lost international orders when NOT INSURED.
