Chicken Empanadas, Yay!
You guys! Chicken empanadas, super quick and easy and boy, I love me some empanadas! I saw this on Instagram and had to share.

Chicken empanadas 🇵🇷
This is the recipe you double up trust me 😂
Ingredient list:
1 lb chicken breast
1 pack frozen empanada dough
1/4 cup - 1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp sazon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp recaito
Homemade Recaito
1/2 large onion
1 medium green bell pepper
1-2 bunches of cilantro (about 1 cup chopped)
5-6 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt (optional)

I wish I could get frozen empanada dough!! I live in Wisconsin and had Cuban empanadas in Milwaukee, but nothing like that here in Oshkosh. I ordered them off Etsy once and they were good, but can’t do that too often.
