Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders ship well within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
RUSH OPTION: Sometimes a customer needs a product quickly. We will do our best to help, please keep in mind that many times it is not possible to ship same day, but we will do our best, so please contact us at +1 386-530-4856.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is shipped we will send you an email to confirm the status of the package, including the shipping carrier and tracking number of the package.
ALTER OR CANCEL ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@naturebeads.com with the Subject: CHANGE ORDER or CANCEL ORDER and include your name, the order number, and details of the change or cancel within the email within 24 hours at the most. Please note that orders usually are processed the same day or the next day and shipped as quickly as possible and once your package has left our office, we will be unable to change or cancel it. We do not have the authority to cancel orders while they are in the possession of our shipping carriers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
NATURE BEADS can not control and is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes applied to your package. When your order is shipped outside of the United States, you will be responsible for paying any/all additional charges for customs clearance. Because customs policies vary, please check the customs policies in your country so your package isn't delayed in transit. In addition, we must declare all items at their full retail price- it is against the law to alter to decrease this amount to lower any international customs fees you may incur.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to the restrictions of our shipping partners, NATURE BEADS does not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Lybia, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, or Zimbabwe.
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
Shipping damages and unforeseen defects may happen after they leave our facility and if you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at orders@naturebeads.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can correct the situation for you!
