Beautiful hand-collected Turkey Wing shells. These are known as Zebra Ark or Arca Zebra shells and are popular occurrences in the Gold area of Florida. These were collected empty, no living animals living in them. They have this beautiful caramel-brown color with layers, which I call waves, but are nothing but undulations that give the shells a ton of character and beauty. They come in different sizes and each bag will have a mix of sizes, ranging from one inch to 3 inches in length. Please be aware that some shells might present a flaw or small chips because they have been living and tumbling in the ocean for a lifetime.
All shells are natural, with no finish or lacquer and though they have been washed, there might be a little sand in the tiny cracks. They are perfect to be used as home decor in a vase, will look stunning in wedding decorations, and obviously, can be used in an array of beach-inspired crafts and jewelry making. They're commonly used in shell crafts, making shell mirrors, seashell ornaments, shell candles, shell art, and numerous shell craft products. All shells are shipped safely in a box. :))
