Fiesta - Authentic Vintage Peruvian Ceremonial Poncho – Handwoven Andean Textile (53x55”)

This one-of-a-kind vintage Peruvian ceremonial poncho was handwoven in the Andean highlands of Q’ero Village, Peru. Created using traditional backstrap loom techniques, this heirloom textile reflects generations of Quechua weaving knowledge and symbolism.

Woven from an alpaca and sheep wool blend and dyed using natural plant-based pigments such as cochineal, this 60+ year old textile carries the depth, texture, and warmth that only time and craftsmanship can create.

Its vibrant geometric patterning and resist-dye ikat-style detailing showcase rich reds, burgundy tones, and earthy neutrals — traditional colors rooted in Andean textile heritage.

This piece can be worn as a ceremonial garment or displayed as collectible boho wall decor or textile art.
