I love fossils and everything about them! It brings you all the energy from another time and puts things in perspective. The Shark Teeth we got are very nice and of great size and beautiful creamy sand-like color. Perfect for wire wrapping, to hold as a worry stone or meditation, healing stone, and all kinds of craft and jewelry making.

You will receive one large shark teeth, similar to the ones in the picture. Please note, that these are very unique and one of a kind. No two pieces are the same! The shark teeth will vary in size and shape, running from 1 1/2 to 2 inches long, 1 1/4 to a bit over 1 1/2 inches wide. It will be shipped in a kraft box and is ready to be gifted. NO REPAIR OR RESTORATION on our pieces, which separates them from 98% of Otodus in the market, sold for a lot less.

I believe these shark teeth are from the species Otodus obliquus, which have a triangular robust, smooth-edged blade, stout secondary cusplets on either side of the main blade. From early Eocene, approximately 55 million years old, the direct ancestor of Megalodon (Carcharocles megalodon); most commercially sold specimens come from the phosphate pits in the Atlas Mountains, Morocco.
